Kathy D’Andrea is an Associate Attorney with Winer, McKenna & Burritt, LLP in their Woodland Hills office where she primarily represents employees and injured people in employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, sexual assault, civil rights, and personal injury cases. Kathy is dedicated not only to zealous representation of her clients, but also to ensuring her clients understand and have access to the judicial process.
Previously, Kathy worked as a defense attorney, representing corporate clients and insurance companies in personal injury matters. After many years as a defense attorney, Kathy decided to shift her focus to helping those who are in need. Kathy’s unique defense background enables her to deal with large corporate entities and big insurance companies.
Kathy attended The University of California, Irvine where she received a bachelor’s degree in political science. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she also held the position of Senior Notes and Comments Editor for The Chapman Law Review.
Kathy is admitted to practice law before the California State courts, as well as the Northern District of California.
