Plaintiff alleged that her supervisor consistently made sexually inappropriate comments to her and touched her in an offensive manner. The Defendant denied the allegations, however, Plaintiff by maintaining a contemporaneous diary was able to establish the significant risk that her allegations would be believed and that they constituted severe or pervasive sexual harassment.

RESULT: Settlement on behalf of Plaintiff for $200,000.
