Three Employees Of Upscale Hotel Chain Sexually Harassed By A Supervisor

$225,000 – Three Employees of Upscale Hotel Chain Sexually Harassed by A Supervisor

Plaintiffs were three female employees, who alleged they were sexually harassed both physically and verbally by a supervisor. The Hotel defended itself by attacking the credibility of Plaintiffs, claiming that they did drugs and had criminal records. Winer, McKenna, Burritt & Tillis LLP took the position that attacking Plaintiffs’ credibility did not alter the fact that Plaintiffs likely were sexually harassed and suffered injuries as a result of the harassment.

RESULT: $225,000 settlement on behalf of Plaintiffs
