Two African-American Women Sexually Harassed By Their Supervisor At A Retail Food Outlet

$750,000 – Two African-American Women Sexually Harassed by Their Supervisor at a Retail Food Outlet

Plaintiffs, two African-American women in their 20s, were both sexually harassed by the same supervisor. The defense claimed that the allegations were untrue and/or exaggerated and that even if the allegations were true Plaintiffs did not suffer any significant injuries as a result of the sexual harassment.

Winer, McKenna, Burritt & Tillis LLP, through aggressive litigation, was able to establish that the Plaintiffs would be likely to prevail at trial and that Plaintiffs, in fact, suffered significant injuries even though they did not undergo a significant course of psychotherapy.

RESULT: $750,000 settlement on behalf of Plaintiffs.
